So yes I am still working 5 nights a week but we aren't very busy this time of year so that leaves me lots of spare time on my hands. At first during these slow periods I would spend the nights doing crossword puzzles and browsing the Internet but that got boring fast. Then I found myself sitting there watching some of my co workers knitting and crocheting, so I figured maybe it 's time I take up the hobby. Paula was kind enough to teach me how to crochet and now 3 weeks later I have a finished product! I think it turned out pretty good for my first blanket....What do you think? Trinity has claimed this one and Jay has just put in an order for one for his room. Green, brown and beige to match his army camouflage room so before going to work I have to stop and get some more yarn!
Not much happening here today, I had some running around to do this morning but the rest of the afternoon will be spent around the house until I go to work. We will enjoy this quiet week until our busy weekend at the dance competition. Oh and Jay is going away so I will be worrying about him all weekend as well, but I know he will have fun :0)
