TGIF.....? Maybe not for the next 3 weekends. We will be happy when Monday comes.
This weekend we are spending 3 days driving back and forth to Glace Bay for Jay's basket ball tournament. They had their first game today at 630pm and then they will play at 1230 and 600pm tomorrow then back for either 130 or 330 on Sunday. The drive is about 40 minutes and with the messy, snowy weather it seems to take forever to get there.
That is right.... we are finally getting some snow here in Cape Breton.
We aren't getting a huge amount of snow but it's messy and slippery just the same.
The dogs enjoyed the snow this morning. I think Riley has more fun in the snow than Breigh does....She still doesn't like getting her paws wet or cold. Poor thing....

The team got off to a great start. They took lead in the points right away....
Jay really played hard tonight!He was on fire....
Well all the hard playing paid off. The team did not win their game but what a game it was. It was very close most of the way through but the end was very intense. They ended up losing by a few baskets. Jay ended up getting 8 baskets of his own....yep that is 16 points from him alone. 
What a proud moment it was!
