Easter Fun

Easter Morning arrived and a beautiful sunny day it turned out to be. We had the Easter Bunny egg hunt a little later than normal as everyone had a very late night.

The kids did there hunt through the house for eggs, a new twist this year was a few golden eggs, plastic eggs filled with loonies, these went over great with the kids.

Even the dogs had to have a little easter treat so they got a couple of peanut butter eggs.

It was so nice out we didn't stay inside for long so it was out to the yard for some basketball

After our yummy Easter Ham dinner it was time to get off to the show, the kids have been waiting patiently all week to get to How to Train Your Dragon, 3D of course. It was a really good show and everyone enjoyed it.

After the show it was time for Carrie to head off to work but the kids were not done yet so it was off to the park, Jay decided to stay home as he was preparing for a night out at friends and wanted to get his stuff ready.

I caught Trin, she wanted to try the rock wall but didn't want anyone to see her, she snuck around the back...gotcha... she knew she was caught so it was time to go off with the boys and have fun.

3 way race down the slide, I guess Kohl won this one, not sure it was far since the slides are all different but they went a bunch of times so I guess it evened out by the end.
