Day 3 found us in Moncton and we decided to do one of our favorite past times...house renovation projects. We got everyone in on the action and had a great day helping Bird and Yvon get some things done around the house.
First off we trimmed up some bushes and trees
The boys were having a great time pulling weeds and trimming up plants 
Carrie, Cathie and Yvon got into some serious trimming
Blake was busy helping me transplant 2 bushes that Bird wanted moved
After his hard work on the bushes Blake disappeared and a few minutes later we were visited by the little alien Stitch
With the bushes under control Yvon and I got into the main project we wanted to work on...a railing for the front step.
Carrie and Bird decided to pull down the house number sign for a fresh coat of paint
With the step behind us, John stepped in to help us put the screen doors on so the house could get some air flow going.
With the projects almost done the kids were off to Tim Hortons for a little snack, a busy day done, Carrie and I got the kids off to bed and went for a long walk to finish the day off.
