Well here we are sending the kids back to school for another year. Everyone was up early and ready go! Too bad they weren't all this ambitious in the morning to get up and get ready for school so fast. With all the excitement Matt made the kids scrambled eggs, sausage and toast. Jay enjoyed as always but the other 3 I guess were just too excited to want to eat so they just picked at what was on their plates (blake had yogurt). Anyway here are some pictures of our morning....Blake ready and excited for his very first day of school
GRADE PRIMARY
KOHL COULDN'T WAIT TO SEE HIS FRIENDS AGAIN!
GRADE 2
THE STRUGGLE OF WHAT TO WEAR TO SCHOOL? (and now it begins)
GRADE 4
AH, AND JAY....ANOTHER YEAR OF JUNIOR HIGH. HE IS ALREADY TALKING ABOUT ANOTHER YEAR AS GOOD AS LAST YEAR...(I would say he's off to a great start)
GRADE 8

My 4 little
munchkins just before heading off to school. My where does the time go?

Since it was such a beautiful morning we thought we would walk the kids to school
(Jay leaves for school later so you won't see many more pictures of him)

Blake needed another picture taken...

They were in a rush to get to school.

Matt and Trinity, hand in hand just before she meets up with her friend.

And there she goes....Trinity and
Rebecca
Kohl and his best buddy Logan

Blake waiting for the Primary kids to be called in

Kohl was some happy to be with this friends (Trey and Mitchel in front of him, Jessica behind)

Blake found the apple with this name and great news...... His teacher is Mrs.
Cantwell, Kohl's Primary teacher. She is an amazing and her and Blake created quite the bond when she taught Kohl. They are already buds, She has him sitting in the front of the classroom right by her desk....
hmmmm I think she may be expecting a certain little boy to be pretty busy?
LOL

Finding his desk... yep right up front!

I think he was checking out the little girl Emily right across from him!

This was a special moment, Mrs. Cantwell had the parent open their hands wide, kiss our hand and place it over our childs heart. Then the kids did the same and placed their hand over their parents heart so that it will be with us for the entire day. Then the child gave a parent a heart sticker to place on our shirt to remind us of them! How special is that!

Kohl getting situated in his new Classroom. I believe his new teacher is Mrs.
Flemmings.

He looks ready to start!

And what is this you are probably wondering?
Well it's me and Matt walking home with NO KIDS!
(looks pretty lonely doesn't it?)

I don't have anymore pictures of Trinity because it just isn't cool for mom to
take pictures of her at school, so I will get more when I pick them up.
Jay's Junior High School
They just finished painting the outside. What a difference.

Lucky for me the kids were still waiting outside when we walked by and I managed to sneak this picture of Jay...
(he is right in the middle with the white shirt)

Back home to the puppies!
Breigh and Riley fighting over a piece of cedar mulch

This would have been a great picture of the 2 except they kept moving .

So here I am getting these pictures posted, a really messy house to clean (can't wait to have the kitchen cabinets done) and my 2 babies resting quietly on the couch.
Funny how things hit you at weird times, I'm reading through the post and hit the picture of our lonely walk home and started watering up. The babies are growing too fast.
