FLU BUG...

Last week Trinity spent quite a few days in bed. She was not feeling very well and even missed a dance class. Lucky for her it was just a sore throat and fever. We put the medicine to her and with lots of rest she is now feeling better...back to school and dance. Well guess what? The bug has returned but this time it took attack on Kohl. He started with the sniffles and yesterday it was a sore throat. Unfortunately for him he work up around 6 o'clock this morning with an upset stomach. He doesn't handle being sick very well so we have lots of tears and moaning going on here. So needless to say Kohl will be staying home from school. Lets just say it's the start to his Christmas vacation. Trinity will be going for an xray of her knee requested by the doctor after having a CT scan done a few weeks ago. I will be taking her today after school for the xray. The diagnosis of her knee problem if read on the xray form. ..... She has "Osgood Schletter's Syndrome" This is an injury due to rapid growth along with high level of sporting activity. We will have to see at her next appointment what treatments can be done, physio ????? The good news is she WILL NOT have to stop dancing! The good news is that her knee is feeling better right now. Well I guess I should get going. No gym today as I will be home with Kohl. I am heading out the door to take Trinity and Blake to school and Jay has decided to take an early Christmas holiday from school.
