Let Them Be Little

This is what it looked like outside just last week. The boys went outside with Matt to shovel. However, Matt was the only one that shoveled the driveway while the boys had fun playing in the snow. The boys were amazed at the size of the icicle hanging above the door. Let me tell you, they weren't to happy with Matt when he knocked the icicle down.

The dogs had a great time in the snow. Breigh isn't too sure of the cold so she doesn't stay outside long but Riley on the other hands loved being outside!

SATURDAY DECEMBER 19TH

Jay once again spending most of his day playing video games. He was off the hook for all the game playing yesterday as I was not feeling well and spent the day on the couch. He wasn't alone... Breigh was curled up on the little chair beside him...

PARENT DAY AT THE DANCE SCHOOL

We got an early start to the day with cleaning at the dance studio. Then at 10:30 it was time to sit in on Blake's dance class. I love watching him dance... he has soooo much fun with his friends!

SUNDAY DECEMBER 20TH

I spent another day on the couch still not feeling well. Thankfully I do not have the flu! I am suffering with a sore throat, headache and exhausted. The kids were very well behaved for being bored out of their minds but not one of them complained. As I mentioned before I have 4 amazing, caring kids! So to reward them I made plans for Matt to take them to the movie theatre when he got home from work. Matt was more then willing to take them for being so well behaved. So off they went to see " The Princess and the Frog"

Jay didn't want to go see this movie so Matt rented him a game and he stayed home......which was probably a good things as he was starting with a sore throat as well.


MONDAY DECEMBER 21ST

Feeling a bit better but still no energy to do anything. I am not the only one on the couch today... Jay is now suffering from a sore throat and looking tired, so I haven't seen much of him so far today. He had a hot shower and is feeling a bit better last I heard from him.

(just checked on him..he is sleeping)

With any luck we will all be past this soon so that we can all enjoy Christmas!

Poor Blake....Decided it was time to get his own breakfast!

Kohl is finally starting to feel better. His nose is a bit sore from all the Kleenex but at least he is up and running around like before. Poor Kohl had it the worse.
