There is Snow

Snow can fall in Cape Breton, we woke up this morning to a fresh blanket of white snow. The kids were excited to get out and play in the snow.

I was ready for business, with all the shovels, I think I was hoping for help.

The kids were off to the snow pile to see if they could build it back up, it's a whole winters worth of snow, pretty skimpy. It's raining tonight and all through tommorrow so I'm expecting the lawn will be back again by tommorrow night.

Jay managed to get out and help with some shovelling and than went off with the boys to have some snow fun.

Now the big news we had so much fun skiing last week we decided we would start looking into getting ski's for the family so next year we can get out and ski when ever we want to. Ski's are now on layaway at the sportcheck for all the kids and Carrie, I'll have to start looking for a pair next. We than found skiing helmets for the kids, here is Trin modeling her new helmet and googles. This will be the kids Christmas next year, ski equipment and season pass for the hill, God help me it will be a busy season.
